PCP springer top clamp raw (patent pending)

The PCP top clamps fit early In-line & offset HD spring forks. It has integrated 2.500” or 5” risers with handlebar clamps for 1" bars. Outside to outside dimension of handle bar clamps is 5.750”. They come in bare metal or fully parkerized with parkerized custom ARP hardware. The in-line 2.500” rise option currently comes in cast finish with nickel plating as well.
This size and style (2.500” rise , in-line) is currently produced in Taiwan. Shortly after I released these top clamps, my design was 100% ripped off by Tedd-Cycles. I am a one-man-show small business and I can’t fight their production of this part, but I did get a patent pending and gave it my all. After all the battling I decided to examine and test the quality of their version of this product. Surprisingly, it’s not bad. The hardware needed an upgrade but otherwise it’s a nice part. I ended up going back to the table and negotiating with them instead of battling. We landed at a better price than any of their dealer accounts are offered. This allows me to sell to dealers that chose to buy from me (the original designer. )
The Taiwan produced version that comes from me has been inspected and has new custom ARP hardware installed. All of the other rise heights or any offset versions are still hand made by me and are available in limited quantities.
